Your Day-to-Day Will Include
- Operating either Counterbalance ,Pallet Truck ,Reach Trucks, or Stock Pickers safely and efficiently.
- Picking and packing cartons – physically fit and capable of hands-on warehouse work.
- Moving, loading, and unloading goods across a fast-paced distribution environment.
- For Reach Drivers – experience in double-deep racking and high-level picking is a big plus.
- Preparing stock for dispatch accurately and on time.
- Using RF scanners to track, manage, and record inventory.
- Following Health & Safety standards – keeping yourself and your team safe.
- Collaborating with a motivated, team-oriented crew to hit daily targets.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 1–2 years’ operating Counterbalance, Pallet truck ,Reach, or Stock Picker machinery.
- Certification: Current license for Counterbalance, Reach, or Stock Picker (Pallet Truck license is an advantage)
- Flexibility: Comfortable working different shifts — morning, day, or afternoon — with early starts when needed
- Eligibility: NZ Citizen, Resident, or valid NZ Work Visa
