The issue:
One customer called us to assist in pick-packing more than 200 online orders. Generally, they get 30-40 orders a day and have well-trained permanent staff to fulfill that, but due to a special Mother’s Day promotion they received more than 200 online orders (in addition to their physical orders from their 20 retail outlets).
The solution:
We leapt in, using our expertise to figure out how many staff and hours they would need if they wanted to finish the orders in a day.
The result:
We had the 200 online orders completed in time and within budget, much to the client’s relief! We’re happy that our work meant no mum missed out on Mother’s Day.
