Indra Sirigiri
Chairman / Managing Director
A civil engineer by profession originally, Indra used his later career experience as a logistics co ordinator to develop Link2 Services in 2000. He used his experience in business both as an employer and employee to determine the sort of company he wanted Link2 Services to be – one that worked hard for the customers and that treated the employees with respect. Indra is involved in a governance role at Link2 Group, focusing on growth while sustaining current client relationships.
Manasa Sirigiri
Founder / Director
Manasa was the original founder of Link2 Services. Recognised by a client for her ability and work ethic, Manasa was offered the opportunity to form a company to provide services for that client – this laid the foundation for the current Link2 Services business. Being a founding member has given Manasa a full understanding of what it takes to get the job done to a high standard and on deadline. She leads by example with her strong work ethic and determination.
Rahul Sirigiri
Director / COO
Growing up in a business-oriented family, Rahul inherited the passion for entrepreneurship. Following his Bachelor of Science at the University of Auckland, Rahul joined the family business and put his learnings into action by bringing in new and next-generation ideas to grow the already successful business. Rahul’s focus is on sales growth and systems implementation, while keeping an overarching view across company activities and ensuring the principles of the company are always implemented. He prides himself on being able to solve clients’ needs with practical and innovative thinking.
Sekharam Boddu
Customer Service Manager
Sekharam started at Link2 Services as a warehouse person – his experience on the floor has set him in good stead for his current role, where he bridges the gap between employees and clients, resolving all work-related issues for a smooth operation and happy clients. Sekharam is particularly good at introducing new methods in work, improving efficiency and using his on-the-ground experience to train new staff. Sekharam was promoted to this position after gaining appreciation and accolades from every client he dealt with.
Gurucharan Samtani

Gurbachan is our senior-most employee, having been with the company since 2002. He is loyal, honest, sincere and principled and does a brilliant job of leading the team under him. He supervises various jobs for clients off site. Gurbachan is respected by both the Link2 Services team and our clients. We consider him a valued key person in the business.
Jaya Sirigiri
Finance Manager
Jaya is our finance whiz, tasked with payroll, accounts receivable, staff reporting, credit control, taxation and more. She also assists management with reporting and is more than happy to help clients with their invoice and staffing needs.
